False promise of marriage

I am with him since 4 years and he promised me he will give divorce to his wife and marry me. His family also know about us and they also wanted same. But suddenly after 4 years he said he will not give divorce his wife and he will not marry me. I have to do abortion 2 times. I have written whatsapp chat, pics, hotel bookings and doctor reports as well as some call recordings too. What can I do get my right and justice. He ditched me and made my life hell.

A.As you both do not have any relation as husband and wife legally and you were very well aware of his married life .So what ever was happen done it took place with the concern of both of you, henceforth you could not blame him for any thing as nothing was hidden from you, and you were well aware of facts and situation of his life.
Hence he cannot marry you , you can file a F.I.R against him of sexual harassment and you should have some evidence against him

A.He cannot marry u if he is a hindu without giving divorce to his first wife ,u can file an FIR against him of rape,sexual exploitation because u have some strong evidences against him .

A.Hi,
You can file a case against the said person for the offences of Rape and Cheating which is defined u/s 375 and 417 of IPC. It is advisable to keep all the evidences related to the case safely which will prove the offences against the other party. Thank You

A.Hi,
A suit can be filed by you u/s 375 and 417 of the Indian Penal Code for committing Rape and Cheating. If you'll prove these offences against him in court, he will be punished under the said offences.
