A.It is implied that you are his adopted son. The statement of your biological father can be in the support of your claim of being an adopted son.

A.Dear client,
Your statement is not much clear.
However, as I git your point , if your adoptee mother assigned you at ur age 7 , and that property was in her name . Then , you can claim on that, no matter her husband matter transferred to 2nd wife children or in her name. Better , you should not vacate the possession over property. 2ndly, you file the partition and title suit at your jurisdiction civil court. Further you take affidavits of those persons who knows that you had been adopted by her and you were adopted son, thus documents would support in partition Title suit.
Thanks

A.Hi,
Since the State did not maintain you in any way and you had been in the care of your adoptee father, it is implied that you are his adopted son. The statement of your biological father can be in the support of your claim of being an adopted son.
Henceforth, You can enjoy all the legal right of an adopted son.

A.Hi,
Since your uncle adopted you with the intent of adoption, you can claim your rights as an adopted son. Your biological father, i.e. his brother can help you support this fact.
Just as a biological son, an adopted son get all the rights and legacy of his father.
