Not paid stipend Not paid stipend

I worked for a private startup as a sales-rep where I had to call the numbers they provided and convert them into buying their Online courses. I did this for a month (increasing my phone bill) and was able to earn myself a commission worth Rs 1,500. this Internship ended in November 2020 since then I am contacting them but they always make excuses and delay my Stipend. Can I do something about it ?

A.Hi,
According to the Indian law, no company or organization is legally obligated to pay you any stipend or remuneration unless they specified it earlier in a contract that they made you sign.
If any such stipend was mentioned in your contract, you can claim damages against the breach of contract.
Before filing a suit, it is advised to send a legal notice.

A.Hi,
Since in India, No company or organization is legally obligated to pay you any stipend or remuneration unless they specified it earlier in a contract that they made you sign, you will have to check the terms and conditions of your contract.
After this you can send a legal notice to the company with the help of an advocate.
