Sex Crime by senior employee in Bangalore MNC

I met a guy on Shaadi.com. He is well educated and working in a senior position in an MNC. He told me that his wife does not co-operate with him and is awaiting divorce. He has used me sexually for 2 years on the pretext of love and when I asked for marriage, he has blocked me. How can i complain about this

A.You can file a complaint against him. But, technically speaking you have given your consent so you will not be able to prove rape charges.
You can also talk to his wife and inform him about the same. So, that he will not be able to do the same with others. Also, make a complaint in your company as well. Your company must be having a grievance cell and as your matter seems sexual harassment at the workplace, the company will take proper action against him.

You can file a suit u/s 375 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code which criminalizes the offenses of Rape and Cheating.

a suit can be filed against such a person under section 420 of the Indian Penal Code. And it can also come under the ambit of Section 375 of the Indian Penal Code which amounts to Rape. Thank You
