Sir, we have a document called "inampatrak" on which the sign is photo copied and the official and designation seals are original. So is it legally admissible in the court? Do we need to write the true copy on it?
And also I want to know the differences of true copy copy, attested copy, and certified copy. So I am requesting you to kindly Please clarify.

Yes, you will need true copies of the relevant documents.
A true copy is the original document itself. An attested copy is when one's signature is affixed to a true copy, to signify that they have understood and affirmed its contents. Certified copies are official copies of original documents, issued by the Government.
