A.Hi,
If you are a co-owner, then you can file an injunction to get the sale set aside. In addition, file a complaint against your stepmother for cheating and fraud under Section 415 and 420 IPC. File a suit for partition of the property.

If she was the sole owner of the property, then she has the right to sell the property. If you were a co-owner, then you can file for an injunction to get the sale set aside. File a complaint against your stepmother for cheating and fraud under Sections 415 and 420 IPC.
