conciliation camp by bank

i have a due on my credit card so bank send me a text messages for conciliation but i am unable to attend the conciliation process personally can it be done through call on videocall
A.If you have the dues to pay in full tell them to RESTART ur credit card, N if u r doing settlement then make sure it is NOT for small amount as if ur name goes in Negative CIBIL u will NOT get any further Loans...

Yes, it can be done virtually, but it totally depends on the discretion of the Bank. If the bank has such facility available, then you can definitely avail it. Thank You

Yes, but it depends if the said Bank has that facility available, otherwise, you'll have to attend it physically. Bank will definitely give you the facility to attend it virtually, if possible.
