the wife was borrowed Rupees 20000 cash from the person known to her by signing in a green blank bond paper available in a petty shop. No security mode at the time of borrowing. But 8 years E.P. notice is coming and the Despondent and advocate is charging huge amount of money of more than one lakh which I cannot afford to pay. So I request you how how to write a petition to the court that agrees to pay the actual borrowed amount and the interest as per court rules and regulations.
