Sir, my wife has taken a hand loan with local friends, later she has come to know that they are illegal financiers and charging huge amount of Interest on the Principal (meter Interest) now due to covid she could not repay the amount and they are demanding the huge money and harassing late in the night and day. still we are requesting to give us time to repay but they are harshing and thretening daily kindly advice us to come out of this matter. we shall repay but need time because our monthly income is Rs.20000/- only kindly help us to sort out this sir, I request you to help us as we are poor.

A.No need to pay a single rupee.. U can approach the nearest police station of ur area & meet the SENIOR police- Station Main Officer... File an FIR under Section 383 for Extortion, criminal trespass ,you can also go to court under section 200 CRPC and file a complaint case against them praying that they are illegal money lenders and harassing you n your entire family... He will be arrested in no time, Make sure you have a good lawyer..

A.Hi,
File a complaint with the police against their harassment. Extortion is a punishable offence under Section 383 IPC. You can approach the Court to pass protection orders in order to keep you safe.

A.Hi,
File a complaint with the police for criminal intimidation under Sections 503 and 506 IPC. You can then approach the Court to pass protection orders on your behalf.

A.File an FIR against them if they are harassing you for extortion,intimidation ,criminal tresspass ,you can also go to court under section 200 CRPC and file a complaint case against them praying that they are illegal money lenders and harassing your entire family through lawyer.Record phone calls if they are threatining you on phone.If u find this advise helpful plz rate me.
