I'm pregnant of 8 months.my husband in laws torture me in 3 months pregnancy.my husband purposefully left me in parents house. Now he is hiding himself and not sharing the address of rental residence.he is telling I will not take you back.

A.In which city your living. I am asking this because in every state thete are certain details of women police officers can be found through the website of that state. I would suggest you to call to women protection cell. If you let me know the name of your city I can help you accordingly. Also, if possible file a complaint against your husband as well as relatives through any of your relative. I can also help you.

A.Hi,
A suit can be filed against the husband and his family for cruelty u/s 498 A of the IPC. You have the right to live in your matrimonial house. Your in-laws cannot restrict you from living their even though your husband doesn't live there. Thank You

A.Hi,
You can file a complaint against your husband and your in-laws under section 498 A of the Indian Penal Code for Cruelty. The Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956, entitles wives a basic right to reside in the matrimonial/marital household. You can live in your matrimonial home even though your husband is not there. But if your in-laws are not letting you live with them, a complaint can be filed against them.
You can also take a divorce from your husband on the grounds of desertion. Thank You
