I have appointed as super stockist by a company where I was promised that company will provide a sales person who will appoint distributer and generat po and my duty is to keep the material in safe custody and once po generated and payment done by distributer I have to deliver the items to them but after appointing me and sending material with in all sales team in Bangalore stop working with payment issue and since the after multiple requests also company didn't appoint any sales person and since the very first day they didn't appoint any distributer and now they are not ready to take there products back and refund my money can I file a case against them
Yes. The company's failure to do their duty has resulted in you suffering from hardship, you can seek damages in consumer Court.

Yes, the company has misled you which resulted in loss. You have valid grounds to claim compensation in consumer Court. We can assist you with the same.
