how much time it can take to transfer a case to one state to another state ?..when we can do this if the case is still in investigation status.

You have not share more details. Whether you wish to get it to be transferred through Supreme Court or through investigating agency. If it is through investigation it may take 3-6 months. In case court process it depends upon resistance put forth by other side. Take phone consultancy with me.

A.The one state to another state can be made through Hon'ble Supreme court of India.

A.You will have to approach Honble Supreme Court for this. These kind of petitions are decided very soon.
