A.Hi,
No, getting personal information of the government employee is not permissible by the court. The Supreme court strictly prohibits it under the Right to Information Act.

A.Hi,
No, you cannot get the personal information of any employee through Right to Information. The Supreme Court has ruled that service details of an employee can’t be shared with an RTI applicant as ‘personal information is exempt from disclosure under the Right to Information Act unless there is larger public interest involved.
