hello sir,i want to know my tenant didn't pay rent since 8 months.we have a filled eviction suite now she is claiming that she has cleared all the arrears and rent she has given us liquid cash to hand without any proof .she asked judge time may be she will get one false fake evidence my question is can we file a criminal case on her she damaging our reputation time and money with false allegations can we file criminal case against her please tell me.

A.Yes you can. Moreover if she has stated that she doesn't have proof in that case your case gets more strong even if she files a fake evidence. If the evidence is a document go for foreign seek test by taking the leave of the court. If the evidence is a witness then such person can be broken in the cross examination.

sir she is default in paying rent we want to shift our case to high court if clears all the arrears and contest in high court how long it takes .we need it for personal use sir please kindly help me.
