Hello Sir I Purchased A GoNoise Watch But It Was Used And Repaired.. I Contacted Company 3 Times But They Didn't Resolve My Issue So I Lodged A Complaint At District Consumer Forum And Forum Issued A Summon To Company Address Which Given In Invoice But Address Not Found By Delivery Boy (Postman) Now What I Do..

File a complaint with the police for cheating under section 415 IPC. The police will then locate them after which you can continue the proceedings in consumer Court.

You will have to file a complaint for cheating and fraud under Section 415 IPC. The police can then assist you with locating the company's promoters.
