My interim bail is discarded in session district court , I am charged with ipc 313, 498A, will I get arrested without any notification,my advocate advised me that u should displace from your home ,my advocate draft an appeal in highcourt, lucknow but it will take time to register, presently,I am staying at home,what's your advise for me

A.Yes police can make arrest. You can file second bail application. In matrimonial cases police and court insist for mediation and try to resolve the issue by amicable discussion.

A.Hi,
You can file another bail application on different grounds. A warrant will be served to you in case you are to be arrested.
