Suicide provocation fake case Suicide provocation fake case

My son is a motivational speaker and tarrot card reader, 10 years back he had advised a client to buy some shares. He made huge loss because he did not follow stop loss strategy. After one year he committed suicide. My has son has no connection for a year or more before he committed suicide. Now someone from his family asks for ransom money after 10 years which is a huge amount. We refused, they are threatening to get him arrested while my sons live program in Mumbai. We are innocent. How can police arrest, what are our rights? Please guide.

A.Your son had any legal rider clauses during the course of motivational public speaking, like he is only motivational speaker and buyer has to bear all consequences of loss or profit,as it depends on the market conditions & speculative fluctuation in shares etc.,better to consult a professional senior lawyer to guide, help & protect you on all aspects of the issue quickly.

The person committed suicide in 2008. My son had been disconnected for more than a year before his suicide.

After suicide, there was no contact from either side, but recently 3 months back they started contacting us and asking for money. Widow of the person has never approached us, her relatives are contacting us. As we are not responsible from any angle. They claim that as the lady has come out from stress and trauma now, we are asking for compensation. So this is a clear cut case of blackmailing and extortion. There are many TV channels giving advise to buy share and many people loose but no one claims on channel. Risk taking ability and trading strategy play a huge role in share trading, how one blame advisor for it.
