online part time job

i seached part time job on google.. and then i find an ad which shows a person earned 5k per day.. i clicked the link nd it dirctly opened my whtsap and a chat was started with an employee.. he told me that he is a manager in insightview and he sent me a link of an app in which they recruits people to provide data services for major e-commerce platforms... how do i know that rhey r not doing a scam .. or is data storage legal in india.?

A.Hi,
Online Frauds have become very common these days. Its really important to take all the precautions before signing in for all such online jobs. You are advised to not to provide any personal information regarding yourself and your bank account. Doing some research about the company would be a great idea. Data entry is not "per se" illegal or anything. Thank You

It is advisable to research a bit about the company before agreeing to any contract or signing anywhere. Yes, it's not restricted in the country. It is advisable to keep a record of every conversation or any other document which can be used as evidence if any issue arises in the future. Thank You
