Sir meri ek problem hai please iska solution mujha batye mai airtel me job karta tha abhi kuch din phle aur airtel offer ye tha ki apne other company number airtel karva aur 399rs recharge free mil ga aur mai total 30 logo sim port kiya aur meri job chali gi aur 5 logo. Recharge nhi hua hai ab mere distributor 5 logo recharge nhi kar ga. Customer kal se mujhe kal se 150 miss call aa raha hai. Aur mujhe problem ho rahi hai ab mai kya karo iska koi law hai ye nhi ye mujhe bataye. Please sir

A.Hi,
This is a contract between company and the customers. It is the legal obligation of the company to fulfill it. The customers can file a suit of specific performance or compensation.

A.Hi,
If there was an offer by the company and the customers accepted it, the company is obligated to fulfill the contract. Since you are no longer employed with them, you can ask the customers to file a suit. The customers can together file a complaint in the court and ask for compensation or get the recharge done.
