Mobile insurance from M/s OneAssist

I purchased a mobile insurance from M/s One Assist on 28.02.2021 with liquid and damage protection plan.
On 18.03.2021 my mobile had liquid penetration.My submission to company was “Mobile was in bag while traveling by car and water bottle which was kept above the bag leaked thus liquid went inside the mobile, when I checked the mobile it was the not displaying anything. I tried to switch on the mobile, it hasn't getting on. Moisture drops seen on camera opening.”
On this the Company rejected my claim stating that “Negligence/lack of duty of care”.
I argued with them that leakage from the bottle was accidental so please repair my mobile. But they rejected my claim. Now i want to file an application against the company for not repairing my mobile under the insurance plan

You can send a legal notice to them for the claim of insurance amount. You are advised to approach a lawyer to help you in this.

It is advised to you to read the terms of the contract of your insurance. You can take the help of a lawyer to help you claim the amount of servicing. You can send a legal notice to the company for claim.
