1). I have a property Jointly owned (registered) along with my Mother (Sr. Citizen).
2). I have taken a home loan along with my Mother to purchase the said property.
3). However it's only me who is contributing towards the above mentioned Home Loan.
4). Am I eligible for 100% Tax Benefit from the said Home Loan?
5). If 'YES' then what paper works do I need to proof my claim in case someone or IT dept. challenge me.

A.Hi,
Yes, you should be eligible for such a benefit. However, we will need more details about your income to determine to what extent you will qualify for the same.

A.Hi,
We will need more details about your income and other sources of earning to determine what benefits you are eligible for.
You will need to provide details of all these to the IT authorities to qualify for the same.
