Sir/madam I had a petty case for driving without licence so my advocate told me to do write my name and do singnature on a single blank papper ... So I do what he say like I writed my name and I done signature on a blank papper .. if it makes any problem for me in future or in case of properties in anyway?

A.certainly signing on blank paper may be a bog trouble for you. ask him to return back the papers

A.Yes. First Obtain signed document, it is not blank signed paper. take time to Attend to case & sign document as required by your advocate,Never sign & handover blank document & protect yourself from dangers,hardship & losses etc.,

If I try to obtain solved case of that petty case or receipt of fine or that is necessary

Yes, you can ensure that the signed paper is not misused, it is used to obtain your driving license.
