OBC non creamy layer certificate

My father's income is 3.25Lakh. But Shanbog has mentioned the collective agricultural land of our earlier joint family along with application which is 44acres. But families got divided few years back and non of the land holding registered under my father's name.
But officials at Tahsildar office denying to approve for the OBC non creamy layer certificate because of collective land. Please suggest whether am i eligible for it or not

You can provide the necessary documents of land division. Then you can get the certificate for yourself.

A.Your total family income should not exceed Rs.8 lakhs per annum. Then you are eligible for no creamy layer certificate . It has nothing to do with 44 acres of land.
