Good day what section of CPC and rule of order 21 are applicable if decree holder wants to buy attached property from court directly instead of auction , the property valuation is done by a govt approved valuer . please guide. Thanks

A.डिक्री धारक को सम्पत्ति विक्रय करने का सिविल प्र्करिया सहिंता मे आदेश 21 मे विस्तार से दिया गया है।कोई भी कोर्ट डायरेक्ट संपति विकरित नही कर सकती वो भी ऐसी सम्पत्ति जो किसी केस मे डिक्री हुऐ हो।
