What should I do mismatch in name and father's name in my 10/12 marksheet and addhar/pan?

1) There is a mismatch is sequence of my name in 10 and 12 marksheet(cbse) what to do is it ok?
In 10 th - Surname Name Name
In 12 th- Name Middlename Surname
2) But my name in my addhar/pan is different from my 10/12 marksheet
In addhar/pan- Surname Name Kumar Middlename
3) Father's name in my addhar/pan different from 10/12 marksheet. Father's name in my addhar/pan is as per his document but it is different in my 10 /12 marksheet
Will all this create me problem and what should I do.And does the sequense of name printed matters in document.
