my wife and her mother black mailing me to stay in their area under their terms and conditions else they will not give my child 18 months boy baby ..how do i can save my child from these kind of women?

A.You have not mentioned the ingredients of the black mail and how you are being or feelings victimized because of it but if you think you have the right and courage to confront those ingredients before a court then you can always file a case of restitution of conjugal rights against your wife which will compel your wife to stay with you in her matrimonial home in case she choose to follow the dictum of the judgment delivered against her if at all that happens.
Now since your child is below 5 years keeping the child's best interest in mind the court will be reluctant to take the custody of the child away from your wife unless it is proved that the child's interest is severely prejudiced if given in his her mother's custody. In that scenario the best you can expect is joint custody of the child or in some cases even limited visiting rights. It all would depend on how the case turns out to be in the course of its trial. #ChildCustody #freeLegalAdviceOnChildCustody

A.Hi,
You have the right to file for restitution of conjugal rights if you want your wife to stay with you.
As you being the child's father have a right to have his joint custody (as the child is below 5 years) .
You can file a suit in the family court for the same.
