How to find if there's any legal case against the flat that I am purchasing in Hyderabad?

A.First of all if there will be any loan or the flat is mortgaged in that case the original copy of the sale deed will be in the possession of the of the mortgager. You can also get encumbrance certificate from sub registrar office of ur concerned tehsil

A.Hire a lawyer for that puprpose who deals in searching or making kegal chain of properties. Better to hire from vidhikarya panel

A.Check the documents from the registration office and for any issue of duplicate registration deed. The original registration deed should be presented for registration as trailing document.
