A.First of all, You have to understand legal procedure. Even if your brother has signed MOU with his wife and ready to settle down all matters you all have to go through with all legal proceeding. without chargesheet this 498-A criminal proceeding will not be closed. So let concerned police officer file Chargsheet then your case disposed off as early as possible if courts and witness support in this case. You cannot skip this legal procedure in order to close this matter.

A.As your brother has to visit police station for attendance every week as per court order we can get it cleared if we go in proper way... Which is the city kindly let us know. You can get it disposed off on the basis of settlement. By signing an MOU you have made a mistake. Your proper representation is NOT made in court....Your case needs a second review.

If you realize my professional skills, the time & efforts put in by me needs to be truly appreciated, and then Please “CLICK MY LIKES/ THUMBS UP/GIFT” button shown below this reply format & also CLICK/ WRITE a “REVIEW” in 5 star as I have answered your query in detail. Hope this information is useful

A.MOU for what purpose? Contents of MOU? Payment of cash amount on which account? After bail, police shall file chargesheet in court and trial shall begin.

A.Hi,
There's no fixed time for such matters, it varies according to the situations of a case. It really depends upon the conditions or the settlement happening between the parties.
