Change In Surname

Hello Respected Lawyers,
I have changed my surname from Sanju Gupta to Sanju Goyal in Dec 2017.For this I Have Done all Process of Gazette Notification.With the Help Of Gazette I am Able to change name in My all Kind of Id Cards Like Voter Id or Pan Etc.
But the main problem is Cbse denied my request for their change name rules which is Student have to request for change name before publication of result but i have cleared my 12th in 2014.
Same like this Delhi University also denied because they said first change in cbse
Cbse suggest me to Tke Order From Court...Need Help what should i do now...

A.File a suit for mandatory injunction and for declaration against CBSE amd delhi university.

A.You have a problem in all your issues like admission process,Job & and employment and obtaining passport.You have to file a writ petition before your designated jurisdiction.better to consult a High Court Lawyer of your jurisdiction for taking up the case before the High court.

Yes sure.. you need to show to the court that how your right is being hampered by the state in your Writ petition to the High Court under the justified jurisdiction.

A.I think there is no need to get the names changed in your educational documents. Wherever you apply with these docs you also give a copy of the gazette notification that your name has been changed and that should not cause any problem as such. Else get an affidavit done and show that to CBSE, if they agree.

A.You need to file a Writ Petition before the High Court seeking direction to effect the change of your name

It is a cumbersome process and advisable to file it through an advocate practicing before the relevant High Court.
