Hi,
I'm currently a 10th grader. I signed up for a two-year course (11th and 12th) and got a free access to class 10 personal tutor classes as well. I'm very dissatisfied with the classes and the quality. The institution assured me that there will be much difference when compared to my school. But this institution isn't anything even close. We requested a refund but they denied and claimed that they have a no-refund policy. The amount that I have paid is for the two-year course and not the current grade that I am studying in. What are the rights that I have and how can I request a complete refund?

A.First refer their fee receipt and brochure . See through the terms and conditions and if things are okay you can send a legal notice through an Advocate.

A.hello
i read your matter in brief,if
1-you attend demo before pay,and you was satisfiesd ,then it is your risk.
2-in case of that you not allend demo and pay for course, then you should ask for refund.
you should also read the term and condition of that institute.
if you like my answer ,please give a good review.

A.First you need to take the help of a lawyer in understanding the meaning of the terms and conditions that they have set out and to which you have agreed. If there is any relief located therein you can directly get the benefit of it but if there is none there is still the provision of lack of reasonable service which case can be set up before the consumer forum by the domain advocate. Immediately consult a lawyer with your case to proceed further with it and get you refund.

A.Hii,
Coaching institute provides services to you, hence they come under the ambit of the Consumer Protection Act. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of services offered, and they are rejecting your claim for refund of money, you can approach the district consumer forum to get the complete refund alongwith other expenses such as legal expenses.
