Problem recovering profit share and loan money Problem recovering profit share and loan money

I have been doing business with party on verbal agreement and trust. We were doing work and agreed 5% profit to owner. I have also given loan to owner which was agreed to be returned on completion of work. Owner is committing fraud and not returning my profit and loan amount. I have to return people money.

A.I have verbal agreement with donald trump that he will make me USA president and give his all properties in whole world and after that we will attack and we will destroy whole world.

I have verbal agreement with world bank that I will give those properties on loan to world.

bit now donald trump is gone and world bank is asking me to give that much money which I even dont know how many zeros are there.

moral of story - verbal agreement is zero. sigh.

A.There is nothing like verbal agreement and so there can be no recovery on verbal agreement and disagreement.
If you have some kind of evidence then only your case can have stand in the court the rest is just a story.

A.There is no compulsion in law that a contract has to be always a written agreement but the burden of proof of your cause of action lies on you and therefore if you can prove the factum of the loan or the fraud (criminal matter) by any means then you can always succeed. Kindly meet a lawyer immediately with your full story and understand from him how you can proceed with the case. Do not delay.
