hi i am neha i come maharashtra for pregnancy after pregnancy husband fight with me because girl child born. than he filed divorce case in karnataka under section 13. i not attend court hearing because of my 6 month old daughter and threat to our life now he published court order in my city newspaper what will i do i can't go to karnataka court.i really not in possession mentally and financially to hire lawyer in karnataka or attend court hearing please advise me

Also file a police complaint under 498A of IPC and in any case you are not able to go to police station call 1090 to get help.
You may request the legal aid center of the family court to help you.

To this you need to aaproach Honble Supreme Court through a lawyer.
If you do not have sufficient funds to hire an advocate than you may also contact Supreme Court Legal Services Authority for free Legal aid. For this follow the steps what Nirmal Chopra sir have already explained to you in his reply to your query

For filling a transfer petition in Supreme court for transfer of the case to a court in your current location in Maharashtra.
For the purpose of filling of the transfer petition, copy of petition will be required which ur husband has filed.
For the purpose of filling of affidavit rtc u can approach District legal services authority located in the District court of your area.
If u are not able to locate it , write a letter to Secretary Supreme court legal services committee chamber no 108-109 Post office block supreme court compound Tilak Marg New Delhi ( in English language) with a letter of request to aplly for legal aid. U can also call above given number.

You don't need to worry about these facts because there is no ground for divorce, meanwhile you have the right to question him through a legal Notice that why he is intentionally trying to Harass you.
