A.responded has to deposit amount in same court, not in session court if not want to proceed in the case.

A.Dear client,
For review of the order to pay , no deposit . While appeal against order then deposit as per the court order, then only appeal could be heard.

A.It depends upon the final order of the trial court. If there is an appeal then appeal could only be heard when appellant deposit the ordered amount as ordered by the trial court.
