To file a Suit before Division Bench in Hon. HC To file a Suit before Division Bench in Hon. HC

This is very important question which is asked for a group of candidates those who applied for Officer post through Public Service Commission in 2011.
Qualification for the post was Degree with PGDCA.
Qualification for the Candidates same as Notification but PGDCA is from GTEC one of the leading IT Institution in the world.
PSC rejected application saying Computer Course from GTEC is not approved as GTEC is not a Government Institution.
In the Notification it was not mentioned about Government PGDCA . Notification Came in 2011 also .
Candidates file a against PSC in Hon'ble HC. Single Bench dismissed the same saying stand of PSC was correct in this regard.
They wanted to file suit before division Bench, Sir , Is there any possibility to get a favourable order from the Court?

A.Dear Sir,
Nobody can predict whether he will get favourable order or not. Just file the case and await for the orders.

A.If the notification did not mention about government PGDCA was there anything which barred the private institution degrees? If not then cross check the UGC approval of GTEC and then try to move the division bench. You may have the chance.

A.Hey,
if one of them refuses to go for it then filing contested suit for divorce remains only mode to break the marriage.
