Regarding OBC certificate Regarding OBC certificate

I am from Gujarat and in 1997 my parents made my OBC certificate when I was 13 years old and on the certificate it's mentioned issued by the state government of Gujarat. It is also mentioned in bracket ( for the purpose other than Govt. Job ). I moved to maharashtra in 2007 and now I want to study MPhil in Maharashtra where I need to apply for admission using my OBC certificate to get the percentage concession.

So here are my few questions -

1. On my certificate it is not mentioned creamy or non creamy layer OBC certificate. I belong from " Nath " caste. Though my certificate was issued by Gujarat state govt. , however when I see on the central government list of State wise OBC, I found " Nath" cast is available in maharastra OBC list also...

So I want to know - will my OBC certificate issued by Gujarat government be accepted in maharastra college with this reason that both the states have this OBC cast " Nath " on their OBC list ?

2. As my OBC certificate doesn't show whether it is creamy or non creamy layer certificate , may be because it's old one issued back in 1997, will it be valid to use in maharastra or it will be invalid ?

3. In case it is not valid, is there any process through which I can change my state government issued OBC certificate to central government issued OBC certificate which will be valid all over India to use for education ?

4. In case there is no way to change it, can I apply for a new OBC certificate which will be issued by government of India ?
What is the online website address where I can apply to get OBC certificate issued by government of India which will be valid all over India ?

5. My father used to work for state government and he is retired now and his salary during his career was below 8 lakhs which as per non creamy layer guide line makes us eligible for Non creamy layer OBC certificate.
So does my father had to be a central government employee for me to apply for a OBC certificate issue by central government or government of India ?

I am married now. Should I inform my father's salary information while applying though he is retired now and is on pension from state government or should I inform about my husband's salary?

Please help me.
