I have taken gold loans from IIFL one year back And I have paid all the interest. Now today I have received Mark to market notice from IIFL that I have to pay more than 1 lakh with in 4 days. Please do guide me what to do? It is not possible to arrange money with in 4 days

A.you not took noc or loan closure document.
thats the mistake many people do and fraud banks dont send it automatically.
if you already paid all interest then no need to worry.
complaint to rbi ombudsman which is waste but it does sometimes work in small matters.

1) How much GOLD LOAN did u take from IIFL, which branch , ROI , tenure. ETC
2) Currently the international market price for gold is different & there is valuation in every 90 days which differs

If you have paid all the interest, did you proceed to obtain a NOC from the IIFL. If you have cleared all your interest, then give a reply to the notice and attach all the proof of payment. That should settle the loan account.
