Disability bill in Maharashtra

I have a query regarding a statute, The bill is from year 1993. Maharashtra Disabled Persons(Rehabilitation and Welfare) Act, 1993. Bill no. 13 Was this Bill notified as an Act in official gazette. Did it come into force? Do let me know,did the said Act come into force with date of commencement or was it pending as bill,reasons for its rejection,if it became an Act was it repealed.
