My Indian army me job kar raha hu my service 17years lekin us me 2years 10months AWL OSL and RI PAYFINE included hai Aur my S2 permanent category hu agar Mai abhi discharge Jane se service pension milega ki nahi
Mera category first board me NANA tha lekin next board me attributable diya tha kya disability pension milega

A.Apko bata du ek sal tak condonation of AWL apka record office kar sakta hai discharge ke time. so agar aap discharge jate ho to apko chief se condonation karwana padega proper channel se.
Disability attributable to service me apko uska pension bhi milega. Ek acha lawyer appoint ki jiye koi kadam lene se pehle. Mera rai hai aap apna AWL period nikal de aur fir 15 sal calculate kare agar koi jaldi na ho to. Agar compulsory discharge service kar rahi hai to us case me apko pension milega. agar na mile to mujhse ya koi apni pasand ki lawyer se turrant sampark kare. Dhanyabad.
