I did second marriage without taking divorce of first marriage. My first marriage was registered but we never stayed together. It was only done for documents as we wanted to aboard. But then his parents opposed hence he did a arrange marriage and left me.
I had told about my past to my second husband.
He agreed and rushed for marriage and we got married. After marriage registration he started to blackmail me about doing a police case on me. Hence now I want to get nullity of marriage and end it.
Since one year I'm staying with my parents. Hence in this time I filed for divorce of first marriage.
First divorce procedure is completed but after my second marriage.
Now I want to know about to nullify my second marriage. I don't want anything from him.
Also, what if my second husband does a police case on me?
Pls guide what can I do

You can file blackmailing and other cases on him.
your 2nd marriage is already NULL and VOID.

As second marriage was not legal and was invalid so you are not a legally wedded wife to him and story ends over there. If he does any mischief then you can also file cases against him.

1. First marriage is legally dissolved now, as divorce has been obtained.
2. Second marriage is not legally valid since the beginning as you married when you were already married in your first marriage. So, the husband cannot force you.
3. You husband can file a police complaint against you for marrying when you were already married, but he cannot claim that he wasn't aware of the marital status at the time of marriage. Even he can be held liable for doing court marriage. File a case of blackmailing and cruelty against your 2nd husband.

1. Your first marriage is legally dissolved as the divorce procedure is completed.
2. Your second marriage is legally not valid from the beginning, as you were married before omitting second marriage, Hence, your husband cannot force you.
3. If your 2nd husband does a file a FIR on you, you could counter it by filing a counter compliant of cheating, fraud and cruelty.

Now coming to the question of blackmail, I am happy to inform you that law has adequate provision in your favor to not only teach him a befitting lesson for his act of blackmailing but also for registering the marriage knowing about the subsistence of the earlier marriage and if he is proved to do so with the sole intention of having physical relation with you other than a catena of other penal provisions which are women centric.

1- your First divorce procedure is completed.so first marrige is zero.no worry about it.
2-second marrige is also zero from starting,because divorce procedure is completed after second marrige.second husband can not force you about anything.
3-if second husband do police case on you then you should also file a FIR against him for cheating and cruelty.
