Sir /Madam
I m Yathraj from Bangalore holding RBL cc anx Cc Loan account due to No Job No Income I m unable to pay Cc dues from 5 months and asked RBL Bank to convert to easy emis now I m medically affected by Neuropathy and Stenosis due to which my both hands will have numbness and pain for which Doctors had suggested me for Surgery same has been explained to Bank with all the medical documents from past 6 months I m getting threatening calls from RBL recovery as They say Legal team and asked me to come to Police Commissioner office to settle the amount and moreover today they called my parents and brother who are unaware of my dues and informed them due to which I lost the trust and the relationship with them pls advice how to deal with this as I don't want them to call further my parents or relatives is it a fair practice of RBI rules they are following s help

A.welcome them to Police Commissioner office to settle the amount.
Police Commissioner office is not settlement office.
file FIR on RBL through parents and brother.

A.You don't do anything and let your parents and brother lodge a police complaint against the person who is calling them threatening. The police will do its duty.

you can file a complaint in criminal court as this behaviour cannot be done by the bank. And you can take legal action.
