Broadband provider not responding Broadband provider not responding

I recently got a new broadband connection in my home. This guy has no experience in maintaining the connection. Five times in a week internet connection will be lost and will go off for two to three days. And the worst part is he will not respond despite how many times I call him.We already paid him, so he dont care. Can I do something about him? Is this issue worth a legal action?

A.This happens when people live in silos and dont even ask neighbours abt their experience.
depends on how much you paid ?
you can approach consumer court.
legal action will cost you for which you will not opt.
try sending legal notice if it will solve your problem.

A.You will have to approach consumer court of your district/area. Give a complaint on your own and you can fight your own case but it is advised to hire an advocate.

A.Being a rightful consumer you have an acute and reasonable right to consume and utilize the services for which you have paid for, The issue is definitely worth to be brought to the legal resort to exercise your right, you may (jointly with neighboring unsatisfied consumers) file a consumer complaint with the help of an advocate for claiming damages caused to your online job / employment work and losses you faced due to internet connectivity failures and your service provider is to be rightfully held responsible and liable for payment of damages caused to you, usually things get sorted out in the initial phase where Solid legal notice is served upon the ISP intimating him to refund the amount paid for giving interrupted services and damages caused upon you because of the same, I am a High-court level Law-Practitioner based in Maharashtra, India, I try to empower people by helping them know about their legal rights as much as much as for free-under my capacity, if you do happen to like my answer you may procced to rate me handsomely and get the the Strong Legal Notice served on your ISP at a highly economic fee possible, feel free to reach me out for further advise by asking for my contact details vide this site.
Have a lovely day.
