What document is required to ascertain the title of legal heirs (as per will) if the name appears in the share certificate (in full form Vasantha kumari) doesn't match with name of the shareholder that appears(short form vasantha ) in Death Certificate, Will, Legal heir Certificate and Voter ID.
Legal heirs are saying that the name in share certificate is the maiden name (name before marriage of the deceased shareholder)
