What is the Marriage age for Boy and Girl ???
Recently an issue was found in our uncle's house. My uncle has a daughter aged 20 yrs and she is in love with a boy of age 20 yrs. And my uncle's daughter is interested to get married to that boy. But my uncle's family is in no way interested in that marriage. Now the boy and girl are looking to get married. My question is that according to PCMA ACT 2006 Boy's age must be 21 Yrs and Girls age must be 18 yrs.......Will that marriage is valid or can i dodge compliant against them as it comes under child marriage??? Please suggest me

A.min age of boy is 21 yrs only
marriage is also not valid.
you can try police complaint for pressure but complaint will not help much because girl age is above 18.

A.The marriage is valid in your case as the girl is not minor and the boy is not objecting to the marriage. You cannot file any complain in this case.
