Procedure and Legal requirements to open an online analytics company in India
2 years ago
Hello, I am planning to open a credit information company in India where I collect data from various agencies such as CIBIL, CRISIL, D&B etc and create an extensive and comprehensive report on companies and based on which, I charge for premium plans as per the revenue model. Free reports with minimal analysis will be published on our website where anyone can access them. So my question is what could be the legal requirements for opening such type of online company? and will I face any legal obligations in the future if I take data from such websites without informing them?

A.Hi,
There are various legal requirements that needs to be done for incorporating such companies. If you take info from these website then you may be violating the terms and conditions and privacy policies of such companies. You will need to discuss such matter with an advocate at length.
