Respected sir / madam I have a petty case for driving without licenece. Now Iam in another state and too busy in daily life .. if that petty case can get solved without my presence or
without any signature in any document without my any physical appearance or contribution ?? Please help me

A.Provide a copy of the challan or notice by the police department to your Lawyer authorizing him to appear on your behalf and submit the fine in to the court.

A.When you get notice from court in your case,u can authorise and give vakalatnama to advocate to plead guilty and pay penalty on your behalf.to the court and then your case will be closed
