A.why your daughter not gave exam because of your job trouble ?
the exams were postponed ?
if you approach consumer court then you can expect refund due to corona pandemic. but not for your job trouble.

A.Hi.
When you sign up for an exam or fill out the registration form, then  you are essentially consenting to sit for that exam, and as a result, your allotment is determined according to the terms of the form's registration. As a result, after the money is paid, an examination seat is secured. As a consequence, a fee charged by a candidate will not be refunded or changed in any conditions. These are the prima facie rules which are established.

A.Hi Sir.
We understand your situation.
However, when you are assigning up for the exam, or when you are filling up the form for your exam, it mostly shows that you are consenting to sit for that exam, as a result of which, your allotment is also been given as per the terms of registration of the form. So once the money is paid, an examination sit is being, obtained. As a result of which a fee once paid by a candidate shall not be refunded/adjusted under any circumstances and no correspondence in this regard would be allowed. Thus these are rules perse which had to be followed.

A.usually the rules stipulates that there will be no refund and you always agree to those rules when you apply for the post or exam.
Therefore I regret to inform you tht in this case you cannot do much about the payment already made.
