A.want to state that divorce from your husband but not other details. Good to know that you dont want divorce from your friend husband which is not possible.
you can file for divorce from your husband if you have grounds for it.
for 10 yrs old girl - court will ask her for her preference
for 5 yrs old boy - father is natural guardian
Child custody depends on a trick, approach lawyer to discuss it.

A.File case for divorce and also seek custody of children. You cannot deny husband to meet the children.
