Need Medical Legal Opinion in Delhi-NCR (Only Medical Legal Opinion/Report req) Need Medical Legal Opinion in Delhi-NCR (Only Medical Legal Opinion/Report req)

Hi , My Father passed away in Dec-2019 and he is not well physically and mentally (i have all medical reports since March-2019) and we are suspecting that by force my Father named all our family assets in my sister's name.

In Medical Reports my Father was admitted in the hospitals for months and cannot speak or walk. I have video of my Father to of that time.

I need Medical opinion for this matter that need to be procured legally proving he is not medically fit. He was admited to Department of Nuerology and cardiology for all these time and i have his Medical Discharge Summary of these incident.

Will it be possible for any of your doctor to review these reports and confirm in Medical Report that my father is not physically fit at that time. I have all the proofs of Brain Screening and even his video when this thing was done by my sister.

Please let me know.

A.you need report from medical professional.
if you have all medical records then you were taking care of him or sister ?
if he was not able to speak or walk then WILL is not registered.
any reason given to exclude you or giving everything to your sister ?
but you can approach lawyer for WILL verification.
after that it can be challenged.

A.U said that ur father named the assets to ur sister. Pl make it clear whether it is a written will or not. lf it is not in writing and no witnesses to it then u can challenge the same in d court and produce the medical reports as evidences of your father's actual health conditions.
