Disciplinary action initiated me as I have filed a complaint under POSH act.

I have filed a complaint against my higher authority under POSH act before ICC. Now they have initiated departmental proceeding against me in false allegation. Can they do so. My inquiry under POSH act is under process.
A.This type of act is commonly known as counter act / case - which means the first accused tries to weaken the first complainant, no need to worry your advocate can add these incidences to the case POSH initiated to make it further more strong

if they involved you in false allegation, their stand wont be established . However, the investigation would prove the same. But if they find a wrong on your part you maybe sued.

A.Usually they should not initiate Disciplinary action after fling complaint in POSH.
But it can be done if they given strong evidence of your wrong doings and you initiated false posh complaint to cover your mistakes.
