Im developing a website to find who is the best leader in the world among top 25 countries where Im showing the leaders of 25 countries (eg. India - N Modi). Now the users from these 25 countries can login to this website using their Facebook account and they will be given a screen with their respective leader and an option to choose - I support and I don't support. These numbers will be collected and displayed in the results page under the picture of the leaders.
Eg.
Narendra Modi - 50000 Supports | 40000 Don's support
Donald Trump - 40000 Supports | 80000 Don't support
These results will be shown for leaders from 25 countries like the example above.
I have added a disclaimer, privacy policy and terms of use - stating these results are not accurate and im not liable for any data inaccuracy, user actions etc.
Question - Can i get sued by anyone from these 25 countries if i have this disclaimer, considering the political nature of the website? If yes. How to be on the safer side.
Please help me with your valuable legal opinions.
